I ordered the everyday inserts because I had been having very bad arch/heel pain for the past 6 months. I had bought new shoes, but whenever I was active on my feet, which is always because I am a mom of three young kids, the pain was very apparent— to the point where I felt like I was limping sometimes. After one week of switching to the custom inserts, my pain was gone, even after my running days. The ordering process was super simple, and I have been so impressed by the overall comfort and relief. Could not recommend more! Do this before you do anything else, it’s worth it!

I was very excited about getting custom-made orthotics. I don't think I have issues with my feet, but I have been struggling with back and hip pain and some balance issues. Someone suggested that, since everything from foot to back is connected, perhaps I should try orthotics. So I ordered a pair, uncertain if they would make a big difference. But TruCustom has truly exceeded my expectations. I received the mold for the inserts quickly and the self-addressed, stamped envelope made it so easy to return! But the best part are the inserts themselves. Wow! I didn't realize what a difference they would actually make. I have only been using them for a couple weeks, but I feel like my walking and running comfort level has been taken up several notches. Not only do they feel amazing on my feet, I have noticed less back pain and I think the inserts may have helped me with my balance as well. I am definitely steadier on my feet. I cannot recommend TruCustom more! The process is so easy- a box arrived on my doorstep, I did the mold from home and sent it back and my custom inserts arrived the following week. They have been a game changer in relieving my pain as I am super active and on my feet a lot. Now that I've seen how much they help, I can't imagine not wearing them!
