Following the instructions, take molds of your feet. Then pack the impression box back up in the pre-labeled packing bag and send back to TruCustom to begin crafting your custom inserts!

Once we have hand crafted your custom orthotics, we will ship the final product rigth to your doorstep. The process typically takes 30-45 days.
